Al-Hakim: Elections Are Starting Line To End Instability in Iraq

Baghdad The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Ammar al-Hakim confirmed: “The early parliamentary elections on October 10 represent the starting line for ending the state of instability in Iraq.”

The media office of the head of the coalition stated: “Al-Hakim met with the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in Baghdad, Salem Ghasab Al-Zamanan, and during the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and resolve contentious issues to achieve the interests of all.”

Al-Hakim stressed “the role that Iraq plays in the regional dialogues taking place on its soil, and he calls on everyone to support the dialogue process and contribute to creating the ideal environment for it.”
