Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi announced that the date for voting on the budget will be next Saturday.
Al-Halbousi said in a televised statement: "The budget is in its final touches, and the Parliamentary Finance Committee is ready to hand over the budget to the House of Representatives."
He added, "There are some observations that will be finalized, and in light of them, the session of the House of Representatives will be determined to proceed with the legislation of the law. It is likely to vote on the budget next Saturday.
