Baghdad Parliament Speaker Mohammed Al-Halbousi received a congratulatory cable from the Speaker of the Shura Council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh, on the occasion of his re-election as Speaker of the House of Representatives in its fifth session.
The text of the telegram stated: “On the occasion of your re-election as Speaker of the House of Representatives in the brotherly Republic of Iraq, I am pleased to send to you, on my own behalf and on behalf of my fellow members of the Shura Council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, my sincere congratulations and blessings for this confidence that your fellow members of the Iraqi House of Representatives bestowed upon you, wishing you Good luck to you for everything that serves your country, and the parliamentary relations between our two Councils further progress and prosperity.”
