Baghdad The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan Karim Al-Kaabi, has officially called on the presidency and members of the Federal Service Council to launch the appointment form related to holders of higher degrees and the first in universities and colleges so that those covered by it can complete the requirements of the appointment procedures and deal with the data contained therein according to specialization and certificate.
The Media Office of the Deputy Speaker of Parliament stated: “Al-Kaabi met today with a number of representatives of the holders of higher degrees, in the presence of a member of the Parliamentary Health Committee, Jawad Al-Moussawi, MP Jawad Al-Saadi, the legal advisor to the Council, Muhammad Youssef, and the Director-General of the Parliamentary Development Department, Saad Fayyad.”
Al-Kaabi called on the Ministry of Finance to expedite the implementation of the budget’s provisions and to activate a number of his previous communications related to providing the necessary allocations to appoint holders of higher and first degrees, as they are obligatory to implement, and to certify the job grades received from all ministries and institutions concerned with regard to their appointment.
The member of the Presidency stressed the need to adopt a real and effective government project to take care of the academic segments, the holders of certificates, competencies and specialization, and to provide all possibilities for its success, pointing out that the holders of higher degrees are a wealth of the country’s wealth, and that invest their abilities and bright minds are among the successful and developed nations.
