Baghdad Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi attended, yesterday evening, Thursday, a mourning council for Ashura nights, which is held by the head of the Alliance of State Forces, Ammar Al-Hakim, at his headquarters in Al-Jadriya area.
