Baghdad Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi congratulated the Iraqi people and all security services on the anniversary of Mosul’s liberation.
Al-Kadhimi said in a statement that the National Iraqi News Agency received a copy of it: On the anniversary of the liberation of Mosul from the terrorist organization, and the victory over ISIS, we stand with you today in a respectful stand for this great victory.
He explained: Nations are proud of their victories over the tough people of history, who were a symbol of brutality, racism and enemies of humanity, and it is the right of Iraqis today to take pride in the memory of their most prominent victory.
He added: The greatest of those we remember today are the martyrs of Iraq that raised Iraq’s name high and preserved dignity for Iraq and provided it with the reasons for its survival, as it remained through long ages, a beacon for the world, a home for the first civilization.
