Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi said in memory of the Speicher martyrs: We must bear the responsibility of establishing a governance approach that prevents the recurrence of national disasters.

He added in a tweet: “Today, we remember the martyrs of Speicher… that tragedy in which terrorism poured its barbarism on young people who were betrayed by the absence of the state’s approach before the murderous terrorists’ spears.”

Al-Kadhimi continued: We all have to bear the responsibility of strengthening the capabilities of our heroic forces and establishing a governance approach that provides a decent life and prevents the recurrence of national disasters… Glory and eternity to our righteous martyrs.
