The head of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate, Moayad Al-Lami, expressed his thanks to the Governor of Karbala, Nassif Al-Khattabi, for his support for journalists in the province, praising the reconstruction campaign in Karbala .
Al-Lami said in a tweet on Twitter: “During our visit to the holy governorate of Karbala, and after we performed the visit to the shrines of Imam Hussein and his brother Al-Abbas, peace be upon them, we met the governor, Nassif Al-Khattabi, and we thanked and appreciated him for the decent level of the governorate after the great and painstaking reconstruction campaign that pleases everyone who visits Karbala in particular. It embraces tens of millions of visitors who will find it worthy of the shrine of Imam Hussein and Iraqis.
He added: During the meeting, we obtained the approval of the governor to distribute the third batch of the lands to the journalists, in addition to his approval of the branch of our Syndicate owning the building that houses the Karbala journalist family. We appreciated the unprecedented qualitative construction that the province is witnessing, and we, along with my fellow members of the Syndicate Council who were with us, found immediate solutions to the work obstacles they face..Thank you Karbala, thanks to its governor, and thanks to the journalists.
