Baghdad The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, addressed the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, requesting to dissolve the Parliament no later than the end of next week, and assigning the President of the Republic to set a date for early elections.
Al-Sadr said in a tweet on Twitter: “During this, the revolutionaries will continue their sit-ins and their revolution, may God reward them with the best reward…and they will have another position if the people fail again.”
Al-Sadr added, “It is clear that the Judiciary is at stake, and we hope that it will take into account the interests of the people.”
