Najaf The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, considered the document presented to him, which resulted in ending his boycotting to the elections, as the first stage of political reform.
This came in a brief statement bearing his signature and seal, the text of which stated: “This document is considered a (first stage of political reform) and there are other stages that will come successively… I hope that these points will be achieved within the specified time limit.”
