Najaf The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, called on the government to hold accountable those who were negligent in the issue of burning hospitals, whether in Nasiriyah or other provinces, regardless of their affiliation.
Al-Sadr said in a tweet, “the government should seek immediate, serious and resolute efforts to punish the negligent in the issue of burning hospitals, whether in Nasiriyah or other provinces, regardless of their affiliation, otherwise the government is responsible for what is happening.”
He added, “the same applies to the speedy announcing the results of the investigation as quickly as possible, and that its fate should not be the same as the hospitals that were burnt previously.. Otherwise, we would have another action in a way that preserves the people’s safety and dignity.”
