Al-Sayhod expects the formation of a large coalition that includes the Coordination Framework forces and the Sadrist bloc after the election results are approved

Baghdad The former representative of the State of Law Coalition that won the elections, Muhammad Saadoun Al-Sayhod, expected the formation of a large coalition that includes the Coordination Framework and the Sadrist bloc after the election results are approved.

Al-Sayhod said in a press statement today: “The coordination framework will turn into a large alliance, and it will probably present its list with the names of the most numerous parliamentary bloc in the first session of Parliament,” noting that “the coordination framework cannot go to form a government in isolation from the Sadrist bloc, and a government cannot be formed by the coordination framework alone and in isolation from the Sadrist bloc can stand, and likewise, no government formed by the Sadrist bloc alone can stand without the coordination framework.”

He added, “after the election results are approved, we will witness the formation of an alliance between the forces of the coordination framework and the Sadrist bloc, given that the alliance between the Sadrists and the frameworkists is strongly contained in the presence of wisdom and wise people who will seek to disperse the Shiite component,” noting that “there are three scenarios that we may witness to form The government, the first scenario is that the Patriotic Union, the Democratic Party, Taqadom and Azem go to ally with the coordination framework and form the government, and the second scenario is that the Patriotic Union, the Democratic Party, Taqadom and Azem go with the Sadrist bloc to form the government, and the third scenario is that the Patriotic Union and the Democratic Party, Taqadom, Azem and coordination framework and the Sadrist bloc go together to form the government, meaning that the three components go to form the government, which is a very likely and expected matter.”
