Baghdad, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi expressed his happiness at being in Iraq today to participate in the Baghdad Summit.
In his speech at the Baghdad conference, Sisi said that Iraq witnessed various foreign interventions.
He added, “Egypt looks with high appreciation the achievements made under the leadership of Al-Kadhimi.
Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi called for the inauguration of a new phase of cooperation with Iraq.
Sisi added: We seek cooperation to achieve and maintain security and stability in the region.
Al-Sisi stressed: Egypt supports Iraq to restore its historical place and its position in the Arab world.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi affirmed that Egypt rejects the aggression on Iraqi lands.
