The Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, chaired this evening, Sunday, a meeting of the service and engineering effort team, in which the report on the progress of implementation and the works carried out in the sites and projects that the team took over in Baghdad and the governorates, amounting to 22 completed projects, and 35 projects under completion, were discussed.
Al-Sudani listened to a comprehensive presentation of the achievement and implementation rates, as well as the obstacles that delay the completion of the work, and the schedules of quantities related to projects until July 2023, and the Prime Minister directed to overcome obstacles in all aspects of work.
The Prime Minister stated that the service and engineering effort team, and its method of work, involves an ethical aspect that differs from any other work, despite the presence of some obstacles, stressing that financial financing for the service effort and governorate allocations within the 2023 budget will help meet the entitlements of citizens in the poorest areas.
Al-Sudani reaffirmed the importance of setting the government's priorities as a basis for implementing projects and targeting unserved areas, stressing the need to resolve the completion of the remaining projects, and prepare for preparing a plan for future projects.
