Baghdad The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shia’ al-Sudani, ordered the conversion of the land allocated to the Basra Operations Command into a residential city, whose lands will be distributed to employees of the Ministry of Defense from the people of Basra.
