Baghdad The Head of the National Coalition, Iyad Allawi, said in a phone call with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas: “Our position is firm in supporting the Palestinian cause and standing with our people in Palestine and supporting Palestinian legitimacy and achieving a just, comprehensive and lasting peace.”
Allawi said: “There are parties that are trying to bring down our people in Palestine.”
