An earthquake with a magnitude of (4) was recorded northeast of Rabia in Nineveh Governorate

Baghdad The Ministry of Transport announced today, Wednesday, that its seismic observatories in the General Authority for Meteorology and Seismic Monitoring recorded an earthquake this morning, northeast of Rabia in the city of Mosul.

Its report indicated that the earthquake was recorded at 05:40:45 this morning, according to local time.

Its strength reached (4) degrees as it is (26) km northeast of Rabia from Nineveh Governorate, and it was felt by the citizens in the region and we will inform you in case of any further developments.

The Authority called on citizens to be vigilant and to stay away from rumors and false news, and to abide by the seismic recommendations issued by the General Authority for Meteorology and Seismic Monitoring
