Baghdad A security force managed to arrest an ISIS legislator in Salah al-Din.

The Intelligence Agency stated in a statement that according to accurate intelligence information, the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency’s detachments in the Ministry of Interior were able to arrest a terrorist in Salah al-Din Governorate, who is wanted according to the provisions of Article (4) for belonging to ISIS terrorist gangs.

It added that the terrorist held the position of one of ISIS’s legislators, as well as “his work within the fictitious terrorist detachments and the so-called Diwan of Mosques and the work in Al-Aythat mosque in Hawija district, as well as his participation in several terrorist operations against the security forces and citizens who did not pledge allegiance to terrorist gangs before the liberation operations.”
