Baghdad The joint chairman of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Bafel Talabani, discussed with Minister of Justice Salar Abdul Sattar Esteghlal and the mechanism for implementing judicial decisions.
The website of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan stated that, Talabani received the Minister of Justice and the two sides discussed the independence and mechanism for implementing judicial decisions, establishing justice, confronting corruption, and a mechanism for greater coordination and cooperation between the judicial authorities in the region and the center, in order to establish stability and security and protect the foundations of human rights.
Talabani reiterated the support of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan to implement the decisions of the judicial authority, noting: “The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan is against those who completely violate the law and court decisions, and looks at the independence of the courts and judicial decisions with great respect, and against any goals and attempt to politicize the judiciary.”
