Baghdad The joint co-chair of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Bafel Talabani, discussed with the head of the State of Law coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, the latest developments in the political situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.
The Kurdistan National Union website stated today, Sunday, that, as part of his visit to the capital, Baghdad, he met with Bafel Talabani, the co-chair of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, and his accompanying delegation, Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law coalition.
According to the website, Talabani discussed the latest developments in the political situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan region with al-Maliki, and during his visit to the capital, Baghdad, he will meet a number of political parties.
