Basra The police chief of Basra Governorate, Major General Ali Adnan Abdul Hamid, discussed in a meeting with the security and intelligence services, directors of border crossings and customs, coordination and joint action to combat drugs in the governorate.

The police command said in a statement: “The meeting discussed providing logistical support to the Drug Control Department through information exchange and comprehensive coordination with the security services operating in the governorate, with the aim of dismantling drug trafficking and promotion gangs.”
