Chairman of the Board of Commissioners: The Security Plan For The Election Day Is Ready, And Discreet Measures Are Taken To Deter Vote Buying

Baghdad The head of the Board of Commissioners at the Electoral Commission, Judge Jalil Adnan, confirmed: “The biometric card of citizens is solid and works with the intersection of personal fingerprints, as well as the electronic verification devices are also solid.”

Adnan said in a press conference: “The security plan for the election day is ready to confront any breach, and it has addressed all the issues and negatives witnessed by the 2018 elections.”

He added, “We have studied and evaluated previous violations, and we currently have 320,000 polling employees who will work impartially and professionally after receiving the necessary training. We have solid measures to deter the purchase of voters’ votes or their cards.
