Baghdad The Civil Defense Directorate teams put out a fire that broke out inside a number of shops selling clothes in the Maridi market in Sadr City, east of Baghdad.
A statement by the Civil Defense Directorate stated: “The firefighting teams were able to cordon off the fires inside the burning shops and stopped its flow to the neighboring ones inside the commercial market.”
He added, “An investigation was opened based on the report of the forensic expert.”
