BAGHDAD The Civil Defense teams put out a fire in a large number of commercial kiosks (encroachment) built from sandwich panels with highly flammable panels and sheets inside AlShuhada market in AlAmin area, east of Baghdad.
A statement by the Civil Defense Directorate stated: “The firefighting teams isolated the burning booths and prevented the fire from spreading to the buildings and residential houses adjacent to the site of the accident, and ended the fire without recording human casualties.”
