Baghdad The leader in the Al-Hikma Movement, Fadi Al-Shammari, said: “The political leaders who met today decided that the next prime minister will be by consensus, and the ministers will be according to the electoral merit.”

Al-Shammari added in a press statement: “The meeting will pave the way for the formation of coordinating committees to discuss the details related to forming the largest bloc,” referring to the meeting’s agreement to form a joint committee to prepare a unified paper that will be the basis of a government program, to be submitted to political partners and binding on the next government.
