BAGHDAD, National security Adviser Faleh al-Fayadh discussed with UN Special Representative Jan Kubic, the post- Daesh terrorist gangs phase.
"The two sides discussed during the meeting the security and political developments in Iraq and the post-Daesh phase," the National Security Adviser's information office said.
Fayyad said during the meeting that "Iraq today is different from yesterday's Iraq after the victories achieved by the joint security forces in the scourge of fighting."
For his part, Kubic stressed "the support of the International Organization for Iraq after the tearing of the phase of terrorism on the ground, noting that the international institution is working to contribute to the reconstruction of cities liberated by the Iraqi forces from Daesh terrorist gangs."
