Baghdad The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that four Iraqi universities have achieved competitive positions in the Times World Classification.

A statement by the Ministry of Higher Education said today, Thursday, that, in affirmation of the international academic reputation and commitment to the requirements of quality and academic accreditation at the level of institutional and program performance, and in implementation of the policy and methodology of the independence of university institutions, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that Iraqi universities have enabled and succeeded in enhancing their position in international rankings, as the universities of Technology, Baghdad, Basra and Al-Mustansiriya advanced competitive positions within the results of the Times World Classification in its version for the year 2022, which ranked more than 1,600 universities from 99 countries.
