GSCOM/ NDC Department, in cooperation with People with Disabilities Authority, announces launch of E- Form for inclusion in full-time salary employee

The National Data Center Department, in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in cooperation with the Authority of People with Disabilities, at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, announced the launch of the electronic form for inclusion in the salary of a full-time employee in accordance with Law No. 38 of 2013 for people with disabilities and special needs via the following electronic link: https://hcshmool.ur.gov.iq.
In an explanation of the center’s role in launching the registration service, Eng. Abdullah Fadel Hamad, in the Software Solutions and Data Management Department, said: “We launched the system after it was fully prepared as software and hosted on the data center servers in a pre-registration stage last year. By continuing to work with the competent authority in the MOLSA, it was decided to open the registration again, with the need to develop the work of the system in line with the developments set by the Ministry for registration.
In the same context, the assistant engineer, Aya Haider Abbas, said that the development of the program came to include all people with disabilities and special needs without exception, in line with the new conditions and recommendations for submission. These conditions stipulate that those who applied for coverage electronically for 2019 and were not contacted for the medical examination, must register their data again for the purpose of updating, and they will be given priority. “As for those registered in July 2022, they are not included in the application because their data is available and they will receive a text message specifying the date of the medical examination after the Ministry of Health completes the technical and administrative procedures related to the competent medical committees,” Aya added.
She continued that the center provides a guidance service for inquirers, enabling them to use it by calling the phone number 5599 (from 08:00 A.M until 12:00 P.M, seven days a week) through a specialized team that answers and provides support and assistance to the citizen whenever needed.
