BAGHDAD, IRAQ – The head of the National Alliance Ammar al-Hakim stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation between the two friendly countries Iraq and Indonesia.
“It is important that Indonesia, government, companies and businessmen have a role in the reconstruction of Iraq after the expulsion of terrorist gangs,” Hakim said during a meeting with Indonesia’s ambassador Bambang Antarikso and Indonesian Consul Mohammad Arif Ramadan.
Al-Hakim, during the meeting, confirmed “the importance of working to consolidate bilateral economic relations through active presence.”
