Head of Popular Mobilization Forces Meets with Iranian Police Chief to Discuss Security Cooperation

Baghdad - Faleh Al-Fayyad, the Head of the Popular Mobilization Authority Forces, met with Iranian Police Chief, Ahmed Reza Radan, to discuss security collaboration. A statement from the Authority outlined the focus of the meeting on enhancing cooperation and coordination between the security institutions of both countries. Key topics included combating organized crime and exchanging experiences and information in the security field.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting, which aimed at strengthening security ties between Iraq and Iran, was attended by Abdul Aziz al-Muhammadawi, the Chief of Staff of the Popular Mobilization Forces, the Iranian Ambassador to Iraq, and an accompanying delegation.
