Head of the Integrity Commission: Fighting corruption has become a religious duty and a national duty

The head of the Federal Integrity Commission, Judge Haider Hanoun, confirmed today, Wednesday, that fighting corruption has become a religious obligation and a national duty.

Hanoun said in a tweet: “The Anti-corruption project is Husseini in origin, and it is the content of the reform revolution led by Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, on Ashura, and one of the most important lessons that we draw from that revolution is that it is not possible to establish a just state with the presence of corruption and the corrupt.”

He added: “Therefore, fighting corruption and the corrupt has become a religious duty and a national duty for every citizen.”
