Hisham Al-Suhail: Not holding the elections on time will lead us to talk about the emergency government

Baghdad Member of Parliament Hisham Al-Suhail confirmed that the current situation does not require some people to seek an emergency government.

He told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the challenges the country is witnessing require the government to strive more to strengthen the security, intelligence and military aspects to eliminate terrorism and reduce organized crimes.

Al-Suhail added: In the event that the parliamentary session ends and elections are not held, it is possible to talk about an emergency government.
