Indian Companies At The Top Of Buyers Of Iraq’s Oil Last April

Baghdad The Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO) announced that Indian oil companies were the most buyers of Iraqi oil during the month of April.

SOMO stated in a statistic published on its official website today: “Indian companies were the most numerous among other international companies in purchasing Iraqi oil, and by 8 out of 32 companies that bought oil during the month of April.”

It added, “The Chinese companies came in second place with 6 companies, and then the South Korean and American companies, by 3 companies each, and then Russia and Italy by two companies each.”

It continued, “The rest was distributed among British, Greek, Malaysian, French, Dutch-British, Egyptian, Spanish and Turkish companies, with one company each.”
