Baghdad The Senior Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nizar Al-Khairallah, met the Ambassador of Finland to Iraq, Matti Lassila.

A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that during the meeting, they discussed ways of joint cooperation between Iraq and Finland in various fields, especially political, economic, educational and military, and seeking to upgrade and develop them.”

The most important events in the political arena at the present time and the positive and mediating role of Iraq to bring the views of countries closer in the regional environment were also reviewed.
