Baghdad – The Iraqi Minister of Health, Saleh Mahdi Al-Hasnawi, met with the German Ambassador to Baghdad, Christiana Homann, and her delegation at the Ministry's headquarters to discuss bilateral cooperation.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Hasnawi emphasized the importance of strengthening and continuing joint cooperation with Germany. The discussions included a focus on collaborating with reputable German companies involved in health project construction and the pharmaceutical industry. The Minister also expressed interest in encouraging investment, facilitating the involvement of German experts in health and pharmaceutical fields, treating Iraqi patients, health training programs, and developing the national pharmaceutical industry.
