Kirkuk A security source in Kirkuk province announced that a group of ISIS terrorist gangs attacked the village of Al-Samoud, blew up the house of the village chief –Mukhtar (Hassan Abdullah Ibrahim Ramo), and kidnapped the 13-year-old son of the village school director (Abdullah Hassan Mouloud Ahmed), and the terrorist gangs fled to an unknown location.
