Karbala The Karbala Operations Command announced the participation of more than 30,000 security personnel from the army, police, popular mobilization, air force, army aviation and intelligence departments to secure the Arbaeen visit plan.
The commander of Karbala operations, Lieutenant-General Ali al-Hashimi, said in a press statement that “all roads, checkpoints and bridges will be open to the pilgrims (visitors) until they reach the holy shrines.
