The Iraqi Football Federation announced today Kuwaiti authorities’ approval to enter the Iraqi fans to attend the match between Iraq and the UAE in the Arabian Gulf Cup 23 without a visa in advance.
“The Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, Marzouq Al-Ghanim told Iraq to coordinate with the Kuwaiti Interior Minister regarding the entry of the Iraqi fans to attend the semi-final against the UAE,” the Iraqi Football Federation’s media office said in a statement.
The statement added, “Kuwait authorities have asked Iraq to coordinate with them to submit the names and arrange how to enter these fans in the coming days.”
It is mentioned that Iraqi National team is due to face the UAE on Tuesday in the semi-finals of Gulf Cup 23 held in Kuwait.
