The Iraqi National Football Association announced that the names of the fans who will attend the match between Iraq and the UAE in Gulf Championship 23 have been published.
“Kuwait has agreed the entry of less than 1,000 people to attend our national team’s match against his UAE counterpart,” the Football Association’s media office said in a statement.
The statement added that “the Kuwaiti Interior Ministry has identified the port of Safwan border to be the only gateway to enter the Iraqi fans, where there will be private cars for transport them from the border at one o’clock to the stadium and vice versa.”
The Kuwaiti Interior Ministry approved the request of the Football Association to enter the Iraqi public to support the Iraqi National Football team in its match with the UAE in the Gulf semi-final 23
