Baghdad The exhibition “Made in Lebanon” will open tomorrow, Thursday, at the Baghdad International Fair with the participation of many Lebanese institutions and companies.
The Lebanese Minister of Industry, George Bouchikian, told the official agency that this exhibition constitutes a basic and important pillar in order to pave the way for a broader exchange in the economic, tourism, educational, health, banking, industrial and commercial fields between the two countries.
He added: The direction of the Lebanese government in the next stage is to activate all agreements and memoranda of understanding with the Iraqi state at various levels.
Bouchikian revealed an upcoming visit of a ministerial delegation headed by Prime Minister Najib Mikati to Baghdad to sign memoranda and agreements after completing the revision of their terms between the ministries of both sides.
Bouchikian expressed his thanks to the Iraqi government and people for their support for Lebanon.
It is noteworthy that the exhibition will continue until the 28th of this month, and industrialists representing factories of agricultural and food products, and packaging companies, investment and industrial companies in all fields, hotel and tourism services, training and development, hospitals and medical centers, cosmetics, clothing, leather and textiles, chemicals and cleaning materials, printing, paper and cardboard, the ceramic and glass industries, and the electrical industries will participate.
