Baghdad Kurdish leader Mahmoud Othman stressed the need to ensure equal opportunities in the upcoming elections.
Othman said in a televised statement that conducting the census ends the manipulation of voter records.
He expressed the fear of problems fueled by those who reject the election results.
He explained that the dialogues between the region and Baghdad did not address the basic problems.
Othman added that Al-Kadhimi could not do anything with those who are trying to weaken the state, and he is currently working as a political analyst without being able to exercise his powers as prime minister and commander-in-chief of the armed forces.
He explained that Iraq has become a victim of the Iranian-American conflict, indicating that the international community is not interested in Iraq, which has been greatly affected by foreign, regional and international interventions.
