Baghdad Military Intelligence found mines and explosive devices in Sinjar.
A statement by the Intelligence Directorate stated: “The Military Intelligence Division detachments in the 20th Division, in cooperation with the Commando Regiment and the Intelligence Division of the 66th Infantry Brigade, seized 22 explosive devices, 8 anti-armor mines, and 8 120 mm mortar bombs in an area of the western Sinjar district, Nineveh, while the division’s engineering detachments destroyed the materials under control.
