MP calls for forming a parliamentary investigative committee on the (4G) license and the debts owed by Asiacell

Baghdad The MP, Alia Nassif, called Speaker of the House of Representatives to form a parliamentary investigation committee on the issue of the (4G) license and the debts owed by the Asiacell company. She confirmed that Parliament will host the head of the Media and Communications Commission and the managing director of the company on this issue next Monday.

She said in a statement today: There are matters that must be disclosed in the case of the (4G) license and the debts owed by Asiacell in favor of the government.

Nassif indicated: This issue cannot be covered, and the parliament will have a strong position towards it, and from our side as a supervisory authority, we will take all necessary measures and form an investigative committee and host the head of the Media and Communications Authority and the managing director of Asiacell under the dome of Parliament.
