Baghdad The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, met this afternoon, Wednesday, with the Belgian Ambassador to Iraq and Jordan, Serge Dikchen.

A statement issued by the Presidency of the Region today stated that during the meeting, discussions took place regarding Belgian relations with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, Erbil and Baghdad relations, dialogue in order to resolve the outstanding problems between them, the importance of rehabilitating the kidnapped Yazidis who survived the grip of ISIS, the political situation in Iraq and the elections in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region../End
