Baghdad The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, called on the Iraqi political forces to embrace new negotiations with the Sadrist movement.

This came during Nechirvan Barzani’s speech, at the ceremony of the 14th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party.

The 14th Congress of the Kurdistan Democratic Party started today, Thursday, in Dohuk, which will last for three days.

The party’s fourteenth congress re-elected Masoud Barzani as head of the Kurdistan Democratic Party. The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, was also elected as first deputy head of the party, and Masrour Barzani as second deputy head of the party.
