Local media reported that an emergency meeting of the Supreme Committee for National Health and Safety will be held during the coming hours today, Monday, to issue strict decisions after the unprecedented rise in infections and deaths from the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Ministry of Health and Environment had confirmed that the epidemiological situation recorded today, Monday, is unprecedented and warns of serious repercussions, as public health laboratories recorded (9883) new cases of coronavirus and (62) deaths throughout the country.
