Mosul Nineveh Governorate, Najm al-Jubouri, announced the release of frozen funds by the Nineveh Governorate’s Ministry of Finance.

Al-Jubouri told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “the local government in Nineveh Governorate has officially received 400 billion dinars; the amounts of Nineveh’s share were frozen in the Ministry of Finance.”

Al-Jubouri added, “The sums received by the local government will be spent on hundreds of projects that are still suspended
