Baghdad The prices of the OPEC oil basket declined, today, Wednesday, to reach $71 per barrel.
The / OPEC / stated in a report: “The price of crude fell by 0.45 US dollars to reach 71.45 dollars, compared to the day before, when the price reached 71.88 dollars.”
International oil prices fluctuated between decline and rise as a result of being affected by production factors in America and the OPEC agreement on production.
The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) basket consists of: Sahara Mix (Algeria), Girasole (Angola), Djeno (Congo), Zafiro (Equatorial Guinea), Rabie Light (Gabon), Iran Heavy (Iran), Basra Light (Iraq) ), Kuwait Export (Kuwait), S Sidr (Libya), Pony Light (Nigeria), Arab Light (Saudi Arabia), Murban (UAE), and Miri (Venezuela).
