On the eve of the tripartite summit…a security deployment in the streets and squares of Baghdad, with the aim of securing them

Baghdad Military mechanisms deployed in important streets and squares of the capital, Baghdad, to secure the tripartite summit to be held tomorrow, with the participation of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, King Abdullah II of Jordan and Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.

Tomorrow, Sunday, the capital, Baghdad, will host the tripartite summit among Iraq, Egypt and Jordan, after it was postponed twice due to emergency circumstances.

An official diplomatic source said, according to the official newspaper, that “Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi will go to Baghdad to participate in the tripartite summit, which will include King Abdullah II of Jordan and Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi.”

The source indicated that “the summit comes to activate all the agreements of the three countries that were signed during the last period, and that it is being held in Baghdad as a continuation of the previous two summits in Egypt and Jordan.”

The newspaper said that the Iraqi Ambassador to Cairo, its permanent representative to the Arab League, Ahmed Nayef Al-Dulaimi, arrived in Baghdad to participate in receiving the official Egyptian and Jordanian delegations.
