Baghdad The head of the Alliance of National State Forces, Ammar al-Hakim, called for investing youth energies in serving the country.
In a statement on the occasion of the International Youth Day, Al-Hakim said: “We renew our call to invest young energies in serving the nation, in our belief that it is capable of carrying the trust of the present and future of the nation. We renew our call to open the door to the youth, to provide state agencies and institutions with their creative energies, high spirits and high morale, and to enable them to contribute to building a modern and just state.
He added, “We recall on this occasion their role in defending the homeland in the face of ISIS terrorism when they defended in the fields of honor. Hence, we cannot be satisfied with young people suffering from unemployment and deprivation in the country of bounties and wealth. As a generous wealth, greetings to the youth of Iraq and all the youth of the world on their International Day.”
